Multifunctional
space
The area of the former Gdańsk Shipyard is awakening from a sound sleep. Euro Styl, together with Torus, will make a meaningful contribution to the development of the Młode Miasto district. The developers will breathe a sigh of modernity into all quarters of the shipyard, bearing in mind the historical roots of the area all along.
DOKI – the investment of Euro Styl and Torus – combining the parts of residence, office, gastronomy, hotel, service, and conference-exhibition – upon completion will make up a multifunctional space, which will serve both the residents of Gdańsk, and tourists alike.

DOKI houses almost 670 comfortable apartments designed in harmony with ergonomics, and in compliance with the latest architectural trends.
The Living part plays host to the residential apartments ranging in size from 25 to 128m2. Some apartments will overlook the industrial shipyard infrastructure, some others the Old Town, with the remaining apartments – adjoining the European Solidarity Centre – will overlook the three crosses towering over the Solidarity Square. The apartments are accompanied by balconies, terraces or loggie, and by gardens set up above the road traffic, with regard to the apartments located on the lowest storey.

DOKI Office combined will offer more than 37.000m2 of lease area dedicated for offices and services.
The first phase of the DOKI Office investment accounts for two buildings directly adjoining the European Solidarity Centre. The buildings have been designed in the vein of the sustainable growth, in accordance with the guidelines which allow for the LEED v4 certificate warranting the highest quality and environmental standards, and with care of teh impact of the given space upon the health and well-being of the employee. Woonerf, underground parking, full cycling infrastructure, city bee yard and green terraces – are just some the facilities offered to the future employees of DOKI Office.

Extraordinary functional space to be arranged in MONTOWNIA.
The monumental building of the former submarine engine assembly hall will undergo a thorough restoration – inside the brick-built edifice one will find a spacious food hall on the ground storey, and the service hotel-function apartments on the remaining storeys.
